Hi, I am Tony (Him/ He)
I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with any kind of change, whether that be career change or personal change.
At Coach Genius, I help people take control of their lives and love what they do every day. Through 1-1 coaching, I help you understand who you are, identify your passions and talents, and help you create an actionable plan to find work and/or lifestyle you love. You will build your confidence and develop a more accepting mindset allowing you to make the changes you desire.
My Journey
I have spent a good part of my career helping people achieve their career ambitions and ultimately their personal ambitions. I've been through many career changes myself, ranging from a semi pro racing cyclist, Music industry, Retail, Sales, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Training and HR.
I've worked for some of the largest employers in the world in Compass and Sodexo, well known brands such as Morrisons and smaller niche players. I have run my own business since 2019, helping businesses look after and find new people in a smarter way. I've helped many, many people move jobs, change careers or find happiness in their current career.
